Article:

 1.)    Tri-River Rodders is a membership run club.       

 2.)    Dues are $15.00 per year per household.  Due by
         January 1st .  All members will pay dues.

 3.)    Executive Committee consists of:

         President,  1 year term presides at all meetings.

           
Vice President,  1 year term, presides during the
         
Presidents absence.

         Secretary,
 1 year term, takes minutes,  sends
         out  monthly newsletter, keeps monthly records
         to pass on to next secretary.


         Treasurer,  1 year term, keeps monthly records to
         pass on to next treasurer.

 4.)          Nominations held at October meeting.

 5.)          Elections held at the November Meeting,  for the
         
following year, with new officers taking office at
         the December meeting.


  
6.)    Meeting dates:  Last Thursday of each Month.
                               (with exceptions)

 7.)          Voting by majority of members present at meeting.

 8.)          Executive Committee consists of all elected
         officers.
  
 9.)   All members will be an equal member of the group.

10.)   A 2/3 majority of present member votes can expel
         any member who does not conduct themselves in a
         manner consistent  to good will
and mutual respect.

11.)        Expenditures of more than $100.00 requires a
         membership
vote or approval of the Executive
         Committee.
